All I wanted was for Sidney Crosby NOT to score the game winning goal...some how hoping one of my Sharks would pull it out. Whether it be Joe Thorton, Dany Heatly, Patty Marleau, Dan Boyle or (best case senario) America's own Joe Pavelski. Alas it was not to be. Great play by Jerome Iginla to even get the puck on Crosby's stick. Ryan Miller was amazing in goal for the US the entire tournament and deservidly won the MVP. I admit I lept with joy when the game tying goal squeeked accross the goal line, but it was Canada's day. Congratulations fellas!
PS: It is a good feeling saying that my team now has four gold medalists and a silver...although I'd be much more happy with the numbers reversed.

Recent News
I have since given up on reporting about the Super Bow, I only say...poop. But congrats to the Saints and the city of New Orleans. Moving on now to the XXI Winter Olympics in Vancouver, British Columbia. As to this point in the games, they've lived up to all my expectations.

Can you Believe it?
Now Hurricane, I realize your sport is basketball, but you are after all Canadian. Tell me how it felt to see your Countrymen lose to the US Hockey squad?
