So I was reading earlier on the blog about how Mack thought it was great to rub the US winning the round-robin game vs Canada in my face.
You shouldn't have spoken so soon.
In fact, almost EVERY American that I know (including the 50 or so that live within a 100 feet of my apartment) just HAD to mention the score of that game.
I am sure that most every Canadian living in the USA went through the same deal.
All I have to say is this:
"Sorry, I can't hear what you are saying. My hockey team's gold medals are plugging my ears."
But in all reality, what a great game on Sunday. I was in church watching the game on my iPod Touch. No one in Sunday School was focused, not even our bishop. We all just wanted to know what the score was. It was a great atmosphere. All of us even watched the game afterwards, even though we already knew what the score was, because it was such an intense game. Great Olympics all around for both teams.
